I am in Windows; maybe I'll look at Express VPN. I have heard of that, and who knows, it may be accessible; Webroot's is awful.

I use Encrypt.me <http://encrypt.me/> VPN.  Accessibility is very good on both Mac and iOS, but not so good on Windows.
I hear that many like ExpressVPN, but I have no experience with it.
