[Trainer-Talk] Resources and Apps for TalkBack

Good morning and happy Monday!

I received a referral for an individual with RP.  This person's family sought a "cure" for deteriorating vision rather than training on living with it (which saddens me to no end).  This has not prepared the individual for life after school.  This person doesn't really have a postsecondary plan (and graduation is in June).

The woman working with this individual has sought my assistance in providing resources for blind users of Android.  I have limited resources really...the Hadley videos on using TalkBack, some random apps that work with Android, and things like that.  I don't personally use Android and have had a handful of requests for resources.  My searching hasn't really turned up much in the way of resources for good apps.

I'd appreciate help from any of you out there with ideas of the most useful apps for BVI on the Android platform and accessible with TalkBack.
