Hello,

I would usually copy the entire book to a Word document if the content is
predominantly text. However, if there are diagrams, tables, etc., it will
lose its structure.
The option "Copy File to Clipboard" is in the Edit menu of the Acrobat
Reader DC. Note: because of the file's protection, this option might be
unavailable (= grayed out).

You can also try to open file directly in Word if you have Office 2016 or
higher as well as in a browser such as the Microsoft Edge.

HTH!

Ned

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Content of PDF file intermittently appends strings
of words

Hello,
My wife downloaded a PDF book from the university web site she is currently
attending. Normally, the content reads fine. However, this particular book
some of the words are appended together making it difficult to understand
when using speech. Does anyone here might have a solution to this issue? Any
ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Mario
