      THE CHALLENGE

The Technical Advisor receives phone calls and e-mails from HumanWare 
customers in America. He/she analyzes technical problems encountered by 
our products’ users and suggests solutions adapted to their needs. The 
Technical Advisor gathers data on the customer, on the equipment used, 
and on the problems encountered, and updates the customer’s file in the 
CRM system and in other databases. He/she also delivers information to 
other departments such as the Marketing, R&D, and Sales. He/she plays a 
key role in promoting HumanWare’s image to its customers. Consequently, 
providing quality service and respecting deadlines is essential for this 
position.


      REQUIREMENTS

  * Expertise in using HumanWare Braille products as a user
  * Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent is an asset
  * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  * Proficiency with Outlook
  * Knowledge of CRM systems, an asset
  * Customer service oriented
  * Excellent problem-solving skills
  * Punctual and willing to work on different shifts
