Hi Kerryann, It’s been a few years ago, but I took an introductory Accounting course at my local community college. My instructor put all of my assignments in an Excel spreadsheet. This way everything would be in columns and rows. Also make sure the students have their screen readers set to read columns and rows. Hope this helps.
