[Trainer-Talk] earphones for a one handed user

Hello:

I have a person who has extremely limited use of one hand and is looking for earphones to use with his iPhone. It seems that bluetooth would be best because they don't tangle. I don't want anything real small that would require good texterity but large earphones can be equally cumbersome. Does anyone have a preference about which kinds work best?
