Hello All:
You will find in most cases, if you press WINDOWS + G the problem will go
away. Notice I said in most cases. I have seen rare situations where this
does not work.
It seems that pressing WINDOWS + G accidentally turns on a game mode. That
is when the G key will not work. Pressing it again turns it off.

Asanda,
I have encountered this problem with JAWS several times. It seems to happen
randomly and it is positively maddening, totally bizarre and one which I
have no logical explanation for. For me closing and restarting JAWS seems to
make the problem go away, allowing the G key to work as it should.

uninstall is dimmed according to the Aira agent I just spoke to.
