Hello Nick,

You might try the following. With Dragon I can use the command "Go down" or
"Go up" followed by a number but I am not sure about with J-Say. You might
need to say "Move down" or "Move up" followed by the number.

1. Start at the beginning of the first item in the list. This will be where
the list style begins.
2. Use the J-Say command "Route Jaws To PC." The command should move JAWS
cursor to the position of the PC cursor.
3. Say "Left Click." (The same as clicking the left mouse button.
4. Say "Go down 6" or "Go down followed by the approximate number of items.
You can always say "go up" so many or "Go down" followed by the next number
you want to move down. The idea is to get to the end of the list.
Say "Press Shift Left Click."
With the list selected you can say "Copy that."
Say "PC Cursor" to turn that cursor back on.

I hope it works for you. I tried it with Dragon and without J-Say and it
worked.

Take care.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Dragon, possible OT questions

Good morning all and happy Thursday.

I apologize ahead of time if this is off topic for this list and if so, I
stand corrected for posting to this list.

I am working with a client who is using Dragon with additional low vision
AT.

The client needs to copy and paste lists from one word file to another word
file. The lists may be of unknown length and may be multi-level lists.

I am able to use Dragon to select line and paragraph segments, but I would
like to be able to select the complete list at one time or in as few
commands as possible.

All thoughts are welcome and again, I apologize if this is an OT post. I
have cross posted this on the JSay list as well, but trying to get an answer
as soon as possible.

Kind regards, Nik.
