[Trainer-Talk] gmail account in outlook, graphics are removed

Hello Dean,

Has your trainee set her Outlook format to HTML?

Open outlook, alt + f, arrow up to options, hit enter, arrow down to mail,  tab to compose messages in html.

I am unclear if other parameters must be set to html.

A trainee reports that when she used the Gmail site for her e-mail, which it took me a while to convince her to abandon in favor of desktop Outlook, some messages had visible pictures in the body. Those graphics are apparently not visible in Outlook when the mail is viewed there.  I can't see any setting which would influence this.  Can anybody help?
