[Trainer-Talk] gmail account in outlook, graphics are removed

Hello Dean,

Is she receiving emails in HTML or plain text? Have you taken a look in the
trust center to see if the option to block images in emails is enabled?

By the way, I use Gmail's standard interface site for my email needs and
find that it works quite well, but would love to know why you are
encouraging individuals to use Outlook instead. I recommend students learn
to use web apps, as these are becoming more frequent, and can make using
sites such as Facebook and Twitter, among others, a more pleasurable
experience. Feel free to respond privately if you wish.
