Hi Don,
I love Windows + Shift + S. You can use Tab to choose "full screen" or whatever type of capture you want. This copies the screenshot to the clipboard and you can paste it with the standard Control + V command. You can open it in the Snip and Sketch program from the Notification Area if needed and you can save the image from there. Not sure how helpful this is if the PC just shuts down after the snip is taken, but I find it pretty easy to do and have found that command a lifesaver!
HTH,
Amy

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] taking screen shots
Hi All,
My customers often tell me that they heard something happen on the screen that they couldn't figure out, and just rebooted, but they still want me to fix something; yikes.
I think I would like to tell them how to take and save or send screenshots when this happens so someone can help interpret what is going on.
Does anyone have good but simple info on print screen, alt print screen, shift print screen, and whatever else goes with it so we know when to use what command?
Thanks much.
Don
