[Trainer-Talk] Favorites in Edge

Hi All,
 
Does anyone have a simple and consistent means of dealing with Favorites in
Edge?
Some times, I hit control shift o and there is no list box to open; other
times, it is there and enter must be hit on it.
Once the Favorites are opened, how does one close them simply and
consistently.
We will be rolling Edge 87 out to a group of blind Federal employees in an
agency and need to be able to consistently let them know how favorites work.
