[Trainer-Talk] macOS get to Dock with braille display

From what I could find on Apple's website (https://www.apple.com/voiceover/info/guide/_1129.html <https://www.apple.com/voiceover/info/guide/_1129.html>), this depends on whether or not your Braille Display has function keys that can be mapped to.  Mine does not so I often use the keyboard for navigation and the Braille Display just for reading text on my MacBook Air.
