That really depends on several things. Are you looking for actual headphones or earbuds? You wrote headphones, but aftershocks are more like buds. If headphones, do you want cover the entire ear, or just on the ear? If earbuds, do you want something that has ear tips that actually go in your ear, or not? Examples are, ear tips can be something from beats or air pods pro, on the ear would be something like air pods 1, 2, or 3. Finally, do you have a price range? With that said, I use different options and tried out several models. The Anker sound q 30 are a good set of headphones that cover your ears and have some good equalizer options that uses the app. The band goes on the top of your head. I use them lying down, but cannot turn on my side. These are considered the most featured headphones under $100. For something similar, but for more options, then you are looking at air pods max, Sony, or Bose which will run you hundreds, at least $200 to $600.
For pone calls I have the air pods 2 which may still be on sale at Walmart for $89. Think of these like the ear buds that used to come with an iPhone, but with no chord. If you go with those, consider buying a strap since they can drop out of your ears.

Hi all,
I wanted to reach out, as I’m looking for a pair of Bluetooth headphones that are comfortable when listening to audio content specifically when relaxing things of that nature. I have a pair of aftershocks, but the wraparound band is not the most comfortable when lying down. I thought aftershocks specifically had a pair of headphones for sleeping or something? If someone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kat
