I suggest charging more.  In my opinion, it roughly falls into a broad
category with scripting, requiring a different skill set, and that is a
higher charged service.

Hello. A trainee has been hired into a job requiring completion of many
forms, all of which are inaccessible. Many of them are Word forms
haphazardly converted from paper forms, and which are not accessible. He
needs some training, but the main thing he needs is to have accessible forms
to work with.

 

I would like to be paid, probably by the state, to create accessible forms
out of those inaccessible Word forms. I'm trying to gauge how much to charge
for this activity. Should I charge less than I charge for training, or not?
Just curious about people's thoughts.
