Hello:

I suggest checking out Dancing Dots. Their site is:
www.dancingdots.com
Some knowledge of what the exam is testing for will be necessary.
FYI: learning braille music is a nontrivial task. The structure of a braille
music score is unlike a print score. For example, a C major chord in the
left hand is written differently than if it is played with the right hand.
Hope this is of some help.

Regards,
Robert

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] music notation souwithare

Hello all:
I have a young man who will be taking exams in music. He is totally blind
but has a pretty good ear for music. He has no braille music reading
skills, but is prefftywith his screenreader and ordinary software.
What i am asking is what music notation software would you recommend and
why? which screen reader works best with music notation?
Please jump in with any advice.
thanks and regards
Kerryann
