[Trainer-Talk] authoring tools

Hello,
I wish I had an answer because I might want such a tool when I aim to 
publish essays or maybe a memoir.
I wonder if Microsoft publisher has some accessibility to  it and this may 
then be used to make designs for an author's work.

Does somebody know of an accessible authoring tool? I've been trying out
quite a few during the last week. However, none of them seems to be
accessible.
