On the other hand, an authoring tool  is basically a type of software  that
falls into the category of eLearning tools,  which purpose is to help
instructors and teachers  to design  lessons.

I wish I had an answer because I might want such a tool when I aim to 

publish essays or maybe a memoir.

I wonder if Microsoft publisher has some accessibility to  it and this may 

then be used to make designs for an author's work.
