Hi Kat,

In Outlook go to Account settings. Then select the email account you want to change and press enter. Then on that next dialog box that comes up it will say Display name. Then in there you type your new information and then press the next button and then the finish button.

I hope that this helps.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Having trouble figuring out how to change my display name in Outlook 365.

Greetings everyone,
I wanted to reach out as I’m having trouble figuring out how to change my display name currently from my email address to my actual name. I looked up directions online, and it said go to General and then look for display name. I I looked under general and I didn’t see this option, and I looked through all the other options displayed under general and didn’t see anything that was close to this either. if anyone could lend some assistance, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kat
