[Trainer-Talk] Having trouble figuring out how to change my display name in Outlook 365.

My experience has been that once it has been recorded as your e-mail address it cannot be changed. The only way to change it is by removing that account and then adding it again. And while adding it again is when  you put whatever name you want to have it display.
I use Gmail and it works the same way with other providers.

Greetings everyone,
I wanted to reach out as I’m having trouble figuring out how to change my display name currently from my email address to my actual name. I looked up directions online, and it said go to General and then look for  display name. I  I looked under general and I didn’t see this option, and I looked through all the other options displayed under general and didn’t see anything that was close to this either. if anyone could lend some assistance, that would be greatly appreciated.
