Hello.
This is Scott Davert, Coordinator of the Technology, Research and
innovation Center at the Helen Keller National Center. One of the
roles of this department is to develop training for those who work in
the field of assistive technology with consumers who have a combined
vision and hearing loss. As this is a new venture for the department,
the first step to creating material that professionals in the field
would use is to find out what they need and prefer. If you work in the
field of DeafBlindness, whether that's full time or only occasionally,
I would very much appreciate hearing from you. Your input is a vital
part of this process and will be used to determine which topics and
method of delivery will be utilized for producing these materials.
The following survey is open until June 10. Here is the link:

If you have questions about the survey, please feel free to contact me
via email.
