[Trainer-Talk] Wanting to know if there are programs out there that are more accessible for flyers and other items more so than Microsoft publisher?

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone knows of a program for making accessible documents/flyers other than Microsoft publisher as we all know that that program does not work with screen reading technology. If anyone can assist, that would be greatly appreciated.
