It is a standard choose the Wifi, and type in the password. The BrailleNote
then says connected and about 30 seconds later a notification pops up
alerting us that the network and says the name is connected with no internet
access.

Is the network a straight username, then password network? If it is
anything else, like one where you have to check a box, or enter a
organization first -- it will not work.

Been getting the message wifi connected no internet access regardless of
the network I connect to.
Reached out to Humanware and the suggestions they provided have not worked.
They asked to ensure the network was wpa2 which we have and still the
BrailleNote doesn't have internet. We know the internet works where the
person is as we are connected over a google meet, and all other devices on
hand are connecting just fine.
Any ideas before I hard reset.
