[Trainer-Talk] insurance for trainers

I've been a part of the Technology Tutor Network of the Virginia Department
for the Blind and Vision Impaired since 2010, and it does not require
insurance for tutors, and never has.

I don't have liability insurance as I can't imagine what I would be liable
for as someone tutoring on how to use screen readers and other assistive
technology.
