Anna,

In my experience, all of them have been.  What, specifically, is the issue
you're having?

Much like Seeing AI and the Product (UPC) channel, most of the trick with
any code scanning app is learning how to aim the phone such that it's
likely to pick up the code you're trying to scan.  Most QR code apps will
"snap a picture" and process a QR code as soon as it's in frame and focus
with no intervention from the end user.  But what they do with the result
does vary, so that can matter, too.

These days most devices can scan QR codes either using an app that ships
with them or via their camera app (iPhones have this capability).  The
number of third-party QR code scanners is too large to have a contained
discussion about.
