Marci,

Just as a note to add-on to your suggestion about getting to the from
field, there should be no need to hand type the email address there
(although one can do so).  Any email account configured in Outlook will
already exist in the dropdown list for the From field, and it's easier to
select it from there to ensure no typographical errors occur.
