[Trainer-Talk] Needing some assistance with troubleshooting email.

What account is the default account?
	To go to a specific account press alt Y for the go to folder menu
and then select the desired account and press enter.
	For example, after you press alt y press the first letter of the
account your looking for and select the inbox for that account. You can also
use the arrow keys to locate the inbox for what ever account your looking
for.
	You can also set the default account in the options in outlook.
	I can provide further instruction on  how to do this.

Hello. She must use the from field accessed from a blank message with alt M.
She must type the email address from which the message should come.
Afterward she can use the from field to select from the configured email
addresses. Please let me know if I am clear. And feel free to ask questions.

Greetings everyone,

I am trying to help a friend figure out what is going on with Outlook, they
are in their work inbox, but when they send a email, the email comes from
their personal account. Could it be that something is misconfigured in their
email settings or something? If anyone can assist, that would be greatly
appreciated.
