[Trainer-Talk] Issue with Paxton Apartment Intercom System and Lengthy iPhone Touch Tone Process

Thank you, it turns out as you mentioned on an iPhone if you go to
Settings > Phone > Incoming Calls
By default its set to banner

If you switch it from banner to full screen, and at least if you answer the call when the phone is unlocked, you are taken directly to the keypad when the call is answered.

This saves at least 2 steps compared to when the setting is at its default of banner. It appears you no longer have to click an option to move focus to the call and you do not have to click on keypad.

I’ve never played with that setting before.
