[Trainer-Talk] Importing Distribution List from Gmail Contacts into Outlook

Good Morning All:
I'm a bit embarrassed about my lack of knowledge on this considering the
number of years I've been using Outlook for professional and personal
purposes, but the fact still remains that I haven't done nearly as much as I
could have with organizing my contacts in the Outlook address book. In this
case, my employer uses Google Workspace for all accounts, but I've chosen to
import my account and that of a Helpdesk email I'm responsible for checking
into Outlook. A sighted colleague has created "labels" through the Gmail web
interface which contain several distribution lists that we send information
to about our program's activities. However, I don't know where to find these
lists in Outlook (in other words, the Outlook equivalent of the labels).
As an alternative, she sent me a CSV file containing the same lists, which
opens in Excel if I simply open the attachment. I know I can copy a row of
email addresses from a spreadsheet into the BCC field of an email in
Outlook, but is there a way to import this CSV into Outlook so that, when I
want to create a new group email, I can select that group from my contacts?
In the past, for NFB activities, I have manually made a text document
containing the list of email addresses which I would then paste into
Outlook; perhaps I've been missing a more efficient way.
Thanks in advance for any tips!
Chris
