[Trainer-Talk] Importing Distribution List from Gmail Contacts into Outlook

Everything I've been able to find indicates that this cannot be done, and
some of it is as recent as 1 year ago.

It's easy to import a CSV file of contacts (kinda, I hate the column
mapping bit) into Outlook Contacts or Address Book, but not into a specific
Contact Group.  These have to be reconstructed after the importation of the
contacts, and that is a PITA with a screen reader.

Gmail handles all this much more gracefully, in my opinion, including the
creation of labels for groups of contacts (which are the functional
equivalent of a Contact Group under Outlook).
