Matt,

No snark intended, but an update of what?  This could be Windows or Fusion,
for starters, or potentially something else?

If you suspect any possible involvement of Windows then I always
suggest:  Using
DISM (Deployment Imaging Servicing and Management) and SFC (System File
Checker) to Repair Windows 10 & 11

That can't hurt anything no matter what.  Worst case is that both utilities
find nothing in Windows to repair.

If that doesn't help then I'm with Mr. Denham as far as getting Vispero/FS
Tech Support involved.
