Dean,

It can be done, and I'll be happy to discuss it here if the list
owner(s)/moderator(s) say it's OK.

There is also a Groups.io Group dedicated to M365 and Office Accessibility
where this would be appropriate (full disclosure, I am the moderator there):

*Microsoft 365 and Office Accessibility*

Owner: Alan Lemly; Moderator: Brian Vogel

Archive: https://groups.io/g/M365-Accessibility/topics

· Subscribe: M365-Accessibility+subscribe at groups.io

· Post: M365-Accessibility at groups.io

   - Unsubscribe: M365-Accessibility+unsubscribe at groups.io
   - Group Owner: M365-Accessibility+owner at groups.io
   - Help: M365-Accessibility+help at groups.io
   - To receive a daily summary instead of individual messages:
   M365-Accessibility+summary at groups.io
   - To receive group messages in an HTML-formatted digest:
   M365-Accessibility+fulldigest at groups.io
   - To receive group messages in a plain text digest:
   M365-Accessbility+digest at groups.io

This reminds me that I really should put together a tutorial about this
since I've had one applicable to Outlook Classic from version 2010 up
through Outlook Classic 365.
