Linda,

I ride Amtrak pretty often.  I've never heard of a car for disabled people. 
They have certain seats, at the ends of cars, which they like to put us in. 
I don't know the percentage of discount they give for blind people, but it 
might be something like 15%.  It's not that much.

I didn't know there was a car for handicaps.  Also, how much discount does a
person receive because of their disability?  They used to let a guide go
free.  Have they dropped that policy?
