Not being a wheelchair user, I don't really follow what the needs and 
desires of wheelchair users are.  But, I'm wondering if a separate 
accessible train car will be acceptable.  If the wheelchair user can get on 
the train through an accessible car, will he/she then be able to navigate to 
another car to have dinner, or must he/she remain in the separate accessible 
car?

I really don't think it's unreasonable to ask wheelchair users to wait for a 
short time to see if this venture will be ongoing, before accommodations are 
made for them.
