  is there anyway they could send you the material on your clients cruise via 
  email and then you could get it in Braille for them?  For now that would be 
  the simple and fastest solution for your clients.  Of course it doesn't 
  address the over all situation however, that's why we have organizations 
  like the NFB to fight those battles.
