Cheryl: I can’t think of any Organization off hand that we have to submit paper work to in order to use their products. Check that. Humanware requires written documentation from your local network library before you are able to use the Victor reader to play NLS books so I am pretty sure more examples exist we can think of if we put our heads together. For sure it sounds like they want all agents upgraded to this software by years end because they are no longer going to be taking tech support for the previous software and the previous software at some point isn’t even going to be working with the travel database. The other reason they may need this documentation is for software licensing. We don’t know what’s in there legal agreement with the software maker and maybe they can’t just come right out and say it. Remember, whenever we right to a Company with a complaint we can say whatever we want to say to them. However, when they reply back to you, they have to be very careful and walk a real fine line. So sometimes we have to read between the lines to figure out what they truly are trying to say. Reese From: cheryl echevarria [mailto:cherylandmaxx at hotmail.com]

Here is the latest response from Matos Luciana from Sabre system. Question, and I don't mean to sound stupid here, do we have to give significant paperwork to any organization proving we are blind to continue to use there products.
