Just give him the facts and he will make the right decision for his business
and here they are.

If his issue is time sensitive and he needs to down grade to the previous
software of Sabre, then best to go ahead and send them the written
documentation they are requesting.

If he has other ways of doing his current volume of business then he could
fight it if that's what he feels he should do.  He should also start
thinking ahead for a solution should the previous software no longer work
with the database which it sounds like could happen at the end of the year
once they make the total upgrade.  Now that issue definitely isn't covered
by the ADA.
