Good morning everyone,

Stephanie's first few lines of her division description cry out to be 
included in an updated mission statement. They make it absolutely clear that 
this division is not just for blind travel professionals, but for any blind 
person with a love of travel. Thanks Stephanie for this great contribution 
to this thread.

The initiation of the Travel and Tourism Division was to provide a platform
 for cohesive dialogue on travel experiences, destinations, working in the
industry, educating the travel industry on blindness, promoting travel for
people who are blind, hosting travel events as fundraiser's, establishing a
 Travel and Tourism Newsletter and advocating for the rights of blind
travelers. I hope this helps.
