Good morning all:
Updated information on the New U.S. Airfare Rules Upheld in Court7/26/2012 -A federal appeals court in Washington turned back a challenge filed by major airlines against new U.S. regulations governing airfare advertising and refunds. Now, all carriers operating in the United States must quote full airfares with all taxes and mandatory fees included. Also, they must offer refunds without penalties if passengers cancel reservations within 24 hours, and they cannot increase fares or ancillary service fees after the airfare purchase.
