Meeting of the Travel and Tourism Division of the National Federation of the Blind, will be having it's meeting on July 1st, 2012 in the Peridot
Room, Atrium mezzanine. 
Agenda:
1:00pm - 1:30pm:  Registration and due of $10.00 per person will be taken at the door.
1:30PM - 2:00pm:  Welcome by President, Cheryl Echevarria and the Officers and Business                                   Meeting
2:00PM - 2:30PM:  Elections will be held
2:30PM - 2:45PM:  Michael May, Sendero Group, one of the White Cane Sponsors of the                                   National Convention will be doing a presentation
2:45PM - 3:00PM:  Mark Marvel of the Blind Ambitions Group, will be doing a presentation.
3:00PM - 4:30PM:  We will be having a Panel Discussion, Main Topic, why travel when you                                  cannot see:
                                 Robert Leslie Newman, President of the Writer's DivisionWill be addressing issues on two levels, Blindness Considerations relating to #1 personal pleasure travel and # 2 Going as part of a professional team of educators who are going to be sharing approach to blindness with the professionals from different cultures.
                               Karl Smith, Why travel if you cannot see

                              Cheryl Echevarria, President of the Travel and Tourism DivisionWill be addressing issues on traveling with a guide dog on cruise ships and aboard.
