Subject: [Nyagdu] Dog Food Available at NFB Convention

Dear All,
    For your convenience, the following information is attached to this message.

            The National Association of Guide dog Users has made arrangements with two Dallas businesses to have dog food delivered to the Hilton Anatole for the National Federation of the Blind convention. One company will provide dog food generally available in grocery stores while the other will offer some specialty foods. This message will provide information about each and the details you will need to order your dog food. Please note that this special arrangement is only for dog food and no other items. Also, please notice that the arrangements and order deadlines differ between the two companies!

Tom Thumb Supermarket will deliver dog foods available in grocery stores. Furthermore, only dog food currently in stock at the time of the order will be available. You must order your dog food from Tom Thumb by 10:00 am on Thursday, June 28 and pre-pay using a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card. To order your dog food, please call Tom Thumb Supermarket at 214-750-3200 and ask for Julie or Mitch. Please have the following information ready when you call:

  1.. The exact brand, name, & size of the food;
  2.. Your name
Your credit card number, expiration date, and Card Verification Number (CVN).

White Rock Pet Food Delivery will deliver specialty dog food brands including Blue Buffalo, Eukanuba, Iam, Muenster, Innova, Evo, California Natural, Royal Canin, Orijen, Acana, Petcurean, Solid Gold, Nature's Variety, Nutri Source, Horizon, Honest Kitchen, Taste of the Wild, Merrick, Nutro, and Diamond brands. Because they are a small operation and not all brands are maintained in stock, orders must be placed by June 17, the earlier the better. Orders to White Rock must be paid via Pay Pal and a 5% convenience/delivery fee will be charged. To order from White Rock, please call Laurie at 214-327-6351.

The dog food will be delivered to the hotel around 3:00 pm on Friday, June 29 and must be picked up at the bell stand no later than Sunday, July 1 at 12:00 noon. Any product not retrieved by the deadline will be disposed of. This service is being provided as a convenience. The Hilton Anatole, NAGDU, NFB, Tom Thumb Supermarkets, or White Rock Pet Food Delivery are not responsible for product not claimed by the deadline.
