Hello Margo and everyone,

I thought you meant you were having problems in the buffalo area of the zoo. 
The Bronx Zoo was sued by the NFB some time back due to their refusal to 
allow guide dog users to enter accompanied by their dogs. All of the New 
York Zoological Society Zoos now permit blind persons with guide dogs to 
enter without restrictions. The NFB  also brought complaints against zoos in 
Kansas and won. This is not the case with other zoos and is something the 
NFB needs to address.
