Response from Mark Jones at Disney, is referring to my Business Development Manager or BDM my contact as a travel agent with Disney Products. See below.
I told him that I had to go through a travel agent support website to get his information, after Ms. Barry, said she didn't know this information, I stated also that she really doesn't communicate with me either, unless we are at a travel industry event.

Good morning Cheryl and thanks for your note. I’m compiling a list of possible contacts for you in each of the indicated areas. A question though… have you recently communicated with Christine Barry who is your district sales manager from our “Disney Destinations” travel agency support team? I know you wear a few hats both personally and professionally so want to ensure you’re using the resources at your disposal. Let me know. Thanks! Subject: Good afternoon Mark, I hope you can help me with a few things
Hello Mark: I hope you had a great weekend, and I hope the women in your life that are Mother's, had a great day yesterday, I know I did. I am hoping that you can help me get in touch with the other departments of Accessibility such as for the cruise lines, Adventures by Disney and the new Aulani Resort in Hawaii. Friday, I was on a webinar with Pleasant Holidays, and they had the people from the Aulani Resorts there, I had asked about the Menehune Adventure Trail Interactive device. This was the response from them today Hi Cheryl,I just wanted to let you know that I heard back from the rep at Aulani and the Menehune Adventure Trail interactive device is not accessible to Guests with disabilities. Thank you,Barbara DavisMarketing Administrator, Training & Destination Development I can't understand, how places like this can offer devices such as this, but people who are blind or deaf cannot use them, like the ones at the Disney Parks. If Disney is offering these things to there guests, they should be accessible with all the technology out there, and that Disney already has these things in place at least at the parks, then why not here. What about on the cruise ships? Are they accessible? Can you please, let me know to whom I can reach out to, and work together with, in hopes of rectifying these situations. I appreciate all the cooperation that Disney Parks is doing with the us, in working to get Disney are more accessible place for all.
