[Travelandtourism] Delta, other major carriers raise domestic fares

Delta Air Lines has raised ticket prices on most domestic trips by $4 to 
$10, round-trip. The fare increase has been matched by United Airlines, 
American and its merger partner US Airways, as well as Alaska Airlines on 
some routes codeshared with Delta. JetBlue and Southwest Airlines have not 
yet joined the increase. This is the 12th attempt at increasing airfares 
this year, only three of which have stuck; last year, seven of 15 attempts 
stuck.
