[Travelandtourism] NCL University?

Well I David Andrews, as I know of and forgive me David, doesn't know the bookncl.com account.
Now I know for a fact that the bookncl.com is accessible, the marketing and the NCL U which is NCL University.
Maurice Shackelford, Vice President of the Division and also Anahit LaBarre are also travel agents, and might be able to give some feedback.
Also if you send me your phone number, or possibly call me e-mail me first to set up a time. I go through step by step with you on the website.
So I can take down notes and feedback.

Also, also you are already set up on the bookncl.com account, you need to have your host agency sign up for it.
If there are issues, I need to know what they are so I can go back to Norwegian, and they don't like NCL anymore unless your mentioning the website, when I was on the Breakaway in May. CEO Kevin Sheehan, said the initials remind him to much like KFC or etc. But when mentioning Norwegian you do so.
Advice, LOL.
Just had our monthly teleconference call with the NCL U Advisory board and if there are issues we need to let them know.
Also I would stay with using internet explorer and not firefox or other browsers sometime they don't work the same.

> Hi, Cheryl! The webinar was for my host agency, Pro Travel Network, and it was hosted by a rep from Norwegian, Mo adams... May not be spelling her name right. <Smile> But yes, these are definitely accessibility issues with the NCL site. When I tried pressing Enter on what appeared to be one of those links David mentioned that Jaws reads as if it were just text, I still couldn't access the NCLU info. Jaws did repeat the text I "clicked" on, as if some info came up, but Jaws wouldn't read it to me. I tried searching for a direct link that might take me to NCLU, but I couldn't seem to find one.

> I've also sent an email to the lady who gave the presentation... That would be great if you could get a message to the folks who are in charge of accessibility... Feel free to give them my email address as well. Thanks, Cheryl!

> Hey, everyone! Last night I attended a webinar through my host agency for Norwegian Cruise Lines. I really enjoyed it, and I was excited to find out about NCL University. Today I spent a good long time on the NCL site looking for this program, but I can't seem to find a way to get to it with Jaws. It's weird, because if I use that virtual OCR feature in Jaws 14, I can kind of find it... But I can't access it. Does anyone have any suggestions, so that I don't pull my hair out?! <LOL> Thanks!
