Things went pretty well on Amtrak 20, and much to my surprise, they have finally fixed the dining car reservation issue that I had been complaining about for the past couple of years.  The bad part is that I have not received proper assistance once I arrived in Washington D.C.  No Red Cap met the train, and after checking my bags and heading to the restroom, he just left me there.  I had to call Amtrak Customer Relations twice before someone came to assist, but he only would assist me to the seating area.  I had requested to find something to eat since I am going to be here for awhile.  So, that is part 1 of my trip so far.  Hoping part 2 and 3 go better.
