Our friend from Disney Mark Jones:
Has sent me an e-mail, since myself, Maurice Shackelford, Vice President of the Division and Anahit LaBarre are all travel agents.
If you are a travel professional and have a sign portal with Disneytravelagents.com; if you are not a travel agent you cannot use this website, but they also want to know from everyone else what you think of the http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/ website. This is for people like the rest of you who are consumers, but them to the test, try everything out, nothing you can do wrong, try just making a reservation, or checking out all the tabs, etc. The more information we give back to them, the better we will be helping everyone.
They want us to check our the Disney College of Knowledge, which is know called Disney Destination Genius. This is a website for training for travel professionals on all things Disney for our clients.
Thank you for all the help.
Below is the e-mail from Mark Jones. When replying to him and his e-mail is Mark.Jones at disney.com make sure you copy us at info at nfbtravel.org so we know what your findings are, so we don't do double duty on things.
Many of us have the same issues, make sure you also check out the My Disney Tools as well, test out everything on the Travel Agent website, again this is for Travel Professionals only.
Thank you all.

The team has worked hard over the past several months on enhancements to the site. In an effort to more specifically troubleshoot the concerns/challenges you’re still having with the site, the team has asked me to forward the following questions to you… 1. Can you provide specifics (what videos, on what pages, etc.)?5. What eTools can you access / not access? 5a. Disney Destinations Genius training courses– Can access / Cannot access (all of the courses or specific courses)?5b. eBrochures– Can access / Cannot access?5c.
