Well thank you Brandy, we need to hear from others as well.
Puerto Rico we can plan for 2015 or possibly later in 2015 around Christmas maybe, yes a little more money, but it is great during the holidays there, prior to Christmas Week or after Thanksgiving. 
I can also reach out to Alpidio Rolón, President, NFB of Puerto Rico.  Just an FYI Puerto Rico is spelled, P u e r t o  R i c o, which mean Rich Port.
Has a lot of American History for us as well.
I am biased, but people put Puerto Rico, because they know Nelson is from there.
