Hello cheryl , 

We did all of below - we didn’t just show up with my mothers guide dog. We also obtained all of the necessary documents per what was required by the ports officials . 

Post cruise , we contacted customer service and they were not only rude , they were dismissive and said they “took care” of the matter , yet they did not. 

Our issue wasn’t with the ports we understood entirely what was required our issue was with the staff .

additionally , they did in fact place the relief station on our balcony - despite weather conditions but also did not ever show us where the relief area was on the upper decks .
