Expedia is where I booked mine for next year, and at the time, they were the
cheapest. Base price was just over $2600 for a cruise that usually would
cost around $2100 per person, and I have myself and my soon to be fiancÉ
booked.

Call a travel agent. They can get you the best deals and will keep their eye
on your booking to see if a better price comes up. If one does, and your
deposit is refundable, they will rebook your cruise at the lower price. If
you book directly with a cruise line you will need to be careful because
some of them require you to turn your cruise over to a travel agent within
so many days after booking if you are going to go with a travel agent after
booking.
A hint too is book an inside cabin as they are usually a bit cheaper than
balconies or ocean view cabins. Mid ship is more expensive too, so go either
fore or aft for your cabin.
Check out the different cruise line web sites, they will sometimes run
sales. compare the lines that have the cruises you want with the
ports-of-call you want and see which one is cheaper.
As a heads up, if you find Princess has the sailing you want, before you
create a profile or call them let me know. If you give me your email and the
email of the person traveling with you I will be able to get you both an
extra $25 ship board credit to spend on whatever you want on the ship.
